Reputation without a channel
Mr. Du already had the teaching depth and the reputation. Dancers crossed oceans to train with him. What he did not have was a channel capable of carrying that authority beyond the room — the audience that knew his name was a fraction of the audience that would care.
A brand around his point of view
We built the brand around his point of view, captured the work at the source — in class, at competitions, on tour — and connected every content cycle to a real offer: intensives, DUCON events and the teacher certification line. Nothing was published for reach alone; every cycle had a seat, a program or a sponsor behind it.
The channel grew to 344K followers with 8–14 million organic views every month, sustained rather than spiked.
A season that sold itself
The 2026 DUCON and DUCompete season generated $735,034 in gross event revenue across Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the Washington, D.C. area — 358 event customers reached and converted through the channel. Singapore's top tier sold out at $1,780 per seat.
The same channel now supports sold-out intensives and a 70-teacher certification line — recurring, program-led revenue built on the reputation Mr. Du had already earned.
