1. Overview
Muse Analytics is a JeongX application operated by Jeong Media LLC. It helps our internal team understand inquiries received through connected Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages, track lead status, and identify conversations that need human follow-up.
This policy applies to information processed through Muse Analytics, including messages from people communicating with those accounts and Pages.
2. Information we process
For connected accounts and Pages, Muse Analytics accesses Instagram messages and Facebook Page messages through authorized Meta permissions. This may include message text, identifiers for the participants and conversations, timestamps, and account or Page identifiers supplied with those messages.
We also process analysis derived from conversations, including lead status and whether human follow-up is needed. When you contact us about privacy, we receive the contact details and information you provide.
3. How we use information
We analyze messages to understand inquiries, track progress through a conversation, and notify our internal team when a lead needs attention. Conversation outcomes include:
- Satisfied with the call-to-action link provided.
- Not interested.
- Going to sign up soon.
These are internal lead-status classifications. Human team members follow up with leads; Muse Analytics does not act as the bot that conducts those follow-up conversations. Automated analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate, so our team uses the conversation itself when deciding how to respond.
We also use information as needed to operate and secure the app, troubleshoot problems, and respond to privacy requests.
5. Retention and security
We retain conversation information and lead-status records for as long as needed to support follow-up, operate the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices and data deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of information processed by Muse Analytics, email josh@jeongmedia.com. For deletion requests, use the subject Muse Analytics data deletion.
Include your Instagram username or Facebook name, the account or Page you messaged, and an approximate conversation date so we can locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may ask for information needed to verify your request. We will delete the associated information from our app records, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, and respond when your request has been processed or explain any limitations.
Connected-account administrators can revoke app permissions through their Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future access under those permissions; request deletion separately for information already held by Muse Analytics. Deleting our app records does not delete the original messages held by Meta or other conversation participants.
7. Changes to this policy
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
